I have really grown with my coworkers at Sunstreet now Sunnova and that has really contributed to a positive work environment. My manager does always ensure that I keep moving up due to my hard work. However, the amount of work on a daily basis and my pay do not align
What makes you most happy at work?
My team makes me most happy and the pace as well it keeps me focused and energized to do more
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very interactive with each other. Even though we work from home we have weekly calls with each other and never hesitate to get on a teams call to communicate any questions or concerns
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive is the teamwork within each department and the communication that is needed to be successful as well as our Senior VP and his Executive Assistant attempting to organize more office get togethers so we can all reconnect while we continue working from home
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been with Sunstreet for 4 years and with Sunnova for a year and 5 months now. I have been lucky to receive promotions with my time at Sunstreet and Sunnova but with the amount of work required of me I do feel extremely undercompensated. I have not received an increase in pay since Feb 2021
