What I like best about the leadership team is that they communicate well. Our leadership team guides us in the correct direction for advancement within the company.

What makes me happy at work is being at a company who is patient and provides positive feedback. When positive feedback is given it motivates me to work harder.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The reason I feel undervalued is because contracted workers are paid more and have little to no knowledge of the job duties that is required. It makes me feel unappreciated when I am here to advance with the company.
