On-target earnings package (total compensation) was towards to lower end of the range but on par with the industry.

Being open to new ways of working; new policies; discarding old policies; being curious; being innovative; checking egos and embracing humility and curiosity.

They are hardworking individuals that desire to make an impact, so long as there are clear strategies, goals, and mechanisms for success in place.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I choose to believe there are some individuals at Sunnova that truly care about changing the toxic, fear-based/low-trust culture we currently have into something positive.
