Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
The company at the beggining was really good, there was worklife balance, and management was invested in the employees. The only problem is that we grow in a fast pace adn management wasn't prepared for it, ending up in an increase of workload for the same salary, and disorganization.

the workload it's a lot for the paying, they should raise the salaries for the amount of work that we currently have
