Very good healthcare and retirement benefits as well as a nice bonus structure that makes us all more motivated and striving to work as a team.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive aspect about our company culture is the feeling of belonging to a team. You never feel alone or like you cannot turn to your teammates or manager. Even in stressful times, you feel supported.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is how accessible and willing to help they are. There isn't a feeling that anyone is better than or above anyone else. They do a good job of making you feel part of a team and of communicating what our common goals are.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Some of the best things about my team is how helpful and welcoming everyone has always been. They also have great sense of humor and are really fun to work with. Despite working remotely we always make sure to check in, have virtual meetings and even hang out in-person when possible.
