What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Service Enablement needs training very bad. The managers/supervisors need to be more willing to help an stop saying we are busy. Giving SE our Holidays back will help also
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Everyone here gets paid differently and its a issue. I shouldn't be training someone who is a contractor but is getting paid more then me. We dont get paid to train the new hires; its not fair. This position should be a min of 23 a hour and 24 if you have a degree because its tedious.
