overall the experience has been positive. I was toss into the deep end when I started but I believe the company knows they have an onboarding issue. Very Positive working with some talented people

I handle more volume then most of my peers and we are all paid the same.

Monthly or Quarterly bonuses vs Yearly Bonus. Not 100% Sure how the bonus is given out

So Far no issues but I have enjoy the vision set by leadership and freedom of the position

Overall the current work load is 2X more then most of my peers and we are paid the same.
