What are some of the best things about your team?
I love the fact that my team communicates well amongst ourselves and we really work cohesively to manage our day to day. Regardless if we are in the office or working from home.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Sunnova culture is amazing but they do not do enough to show employees they appreciate them. Employees that reach long to term gevity like 5yrs+ they only thing they receive is a plaque, nothing more nothing less not a dinner, gift card nor small bonus to say we see you and your dedication!
