They lead from years of experience of success and mistakes, which makes a true leader. Our West GM has been the most supportive I have dealt with.
What are some of the best things about your team?
First, they are all genuine and caring people. Second, the knowledge they share during our weekly calls are valuable as everyone has different experiences, which helps each of us grow in our roles.
What makes you most happy at work?
I feel rewarded at the end of my day knowing I made a difference in my dealer's business as well as Sunnova's. There is always room for improvement and each day I am given that chance to improve from the day before.
