I started as a Temp and was converted after 8 months. It is a great place to work remotely. I only wish they would adjust salary to cost of living.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am never bored and always have work.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Respect, open communication and team work across all divisions.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open door policy. My Manager is always available which makes working remote a great fit for me.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are all remote, however we work as if we were in an office. We always help each other and we keep each other company via TEAMS.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Given my proven track record as a Temp, I expected my salary to be maintained. Rather my salary was reduced to become full time. I enjoy my job and needed the benefits which is why I accepted a reduction in salary. However, salaries should be adjusted to keep up with the cost of living.
