The way to make me feel better about my compensation is straightforward; offer me more compensation.

They are resilient, resourceful, and good at using the skills and talents of other colleagues when necessary to achieve the stated objectives.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fact that we have a front seat to the spread of residential solar across America is the most rewarding aspect of the culture.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating the strategy to actually make money. Rewarding high performers with pay improvements. Do not insist managers evaluate all players as "Meets Expectations" regardless of whether they exceed them or not. It is super clear performance evaluations are used solely to keep a lid on payroll.
