Executive management has appeared to be invested in many of my personal philosophies and this aspect makes me more engaged with the overall growth of the organization.
What makes you most happy at work?
The recognition and positive feedback that I constantly receive from my manager.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Their views on environmental and social issues and their willingness to share them. Also, they appear to be making genuine efforts to engage with us and hear our concerns however, I have not been here long enough to see if that engagement becomes action.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
As a new employee, I do not understand why there is a not an annual merit increase or cost of living adjustment that coincides with the annual bonus process. If an employee is deemed as rewarding of a bonus, should that not also equate to some sort of salary increase, even if only a small %?
