What is the best part about your compensation package?
Getting to wfh and learn a lot.... i live in a town that has a lot of local jobs in factories and I am rather sick of working in factory settings
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like getting to work with other software developers that are passionate about developing code with longevity and sustainability of the codebase in mind. I love jobs where I am growing my skills and not staying stationary, and im definitley growing into myself more at sunnova.
What makes you most happy at work?
Developing software can be boring sometimes if im being frank, and having coworkers that are able to push through the "boredom droughts" with pleasent conversations is nicer than previous jobs where id just sit in silence bc everyone was afraid theyd get fired since my co was in so much debt
