What I like best about the leadership team is their cohesive presence on organization-wide initiatives. They do a good job of promoting alignment to tackle goals effectively.

I am most happy at work when I break down complex problems, focus on key objectives, and make efficient use of my team members time to drive progress forward.

The best part about the compensation package for me is the long term incentive plan. The LTIP motivates me to contribute to the long term success of the company.

The best part about my compensation package is the PPO insurance coverage. Because of my insurance plan, I have ample access to providers and specialists for a very low copay. I feel this has improved my overall health.

The most positive aspect of the culture and environment at Sunnova is the unified approach teams and their members take at improving our services. Everyone I have met believes in our services, our organization, and they want to make it better how/where they can.

Some of the best things about my team is their flexibility in communication. Everyone does a great job in working together, and we do so by handling different situations with effective communications. I appreciate my team members' consistency despite whatever method of ccommunication they use.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when I am challenged. I smile in the wake of complex problems, for I enjoy the hunt for a solution, and I know that I have a great network of coworkers to reach out to in case I need assistance - the people here are all about empowering each other.
