It seems like almost everyone is stressed and overworked. I have friends here who work to 5am, and that is abusive to be pushed that hard so regularly. People need to be able to stop. My position is easy because there isn't enough time to train me in new work leaving me with little to do.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We are very positive about helping people be successful when we have time to work with them.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are really chill. We just want to do a good job and there isn't any workplace politics on that.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My PTO and Comp days give me a lot of flexibility to take time off to participate in activism and advocacy for my community.
What makes you most happy at work?
It gets me away from the chaos and stress of home life. I can open a spreadsheet where things makes sense and I can experiment on ways to streamline my processes.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I appreciated that Robert Lane took a personal interest in making sure I was respected at work. Their commitment to being good people and making sure that the company is diverse and inclusive is palpable.
