It has been overall positive. I do wish however we could slow down our attempts to acquire market share and put more effort into after sale support to customers.

What makes you most happy at work?
I love empowering new agents to solve issues that they did not realize they had the capability to solve.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They do not micro manage me and trust me to make decisions that allow me maximize my usefulness to Sunnova.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is able an willing to jump in and assist which allows us to pool our skills and talents together.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel slightly undervalued because I do much more work than I was hired to do. I was hired as an IRT agent. Then I was asked to move to digital interactions team where I trained the entire department on the new tasks assigned to them. I train, manage IRT cases and do DIT tasks. Same rate of $19.50
