There is clear direction, compassion in discussing personal needs & goals, and empathy when working through challenges with the team. Our leadership is helpful without being micromanaging. Easily the best company I have worked for in a long time.

We collaborate openly, without egos, and with the company goal in mind. We are all committed to protecting & promoting the culture we all want to be part of. It is a true team in the sense we pick up each other instead of blaming each other.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is no blame when a decision or outcome of effort doesn't yield the desired result. We work together to identify why we failed as a team, and implement a better strategy for the next attempt. Their is open collaboration because we trust each other is there to support and compliment oneanother
