I enjoy the ability to work remotely and the fast paced environment which allows me to experience new challenges and learn faster than other companies. However, there is no clear career path and any compensation adjustments are minimal. Employment here feels more like a job rather than a career.

What makes me most happy at work is seeing the impact of my growth/hard work and sharing my knowledge with the next generation.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My colleagues in my department and other departments view me as a friendly and reliable resource to help find a solution to unique challenges rather than asking management.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Invest some time in training of team members so they can learn/understand the process instead of shaming them in mass emails for attempting to complete an assignment with minimal guidance.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team relies on me for my extensive knowledge within the department. I enjoy sharing my knowledge with them with the hopes they can one day fill my role as I grow within the company
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued as management cannot discuss career growth and insist the lack of compensation adjustment is just the nature of Sunnova. In addition, I have taken on way more responsibility however the compensation remains stagnant.
