Cohesive, caring and inclusive. Everyone's ideas matter. We all have strengths that we all share in to do our job.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Listening to the talent they hire. Why bring in talent to make change and then not listening their expertise? Also, I'd make sure the software (CATALYST) is fully baked before launching into the field to disrupt our partner relationships. Better at Leadership over dictatorship.
