I love the diversity in the Sunnova team! We have all backgrounds and ultimately well rounded team members with perspectives that can assist in a better experience internally and externally.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe the diverse nature of our teams and workforce. The different perspectives and the positivity of each individual's contributions truly lends to an environment of learning and progressive company improvements.
What makes you most happy at work?
I truly enjoy the ability to help my dealers grow. The ability to stand with them as we grow their business and ultimately grow Sunnova's footprint creates a positive day, every day. Of course each day has it's own challenges, as they do any where.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I appreciate the modifications to meet employee needs and flexibility with our PTO. Obviously, the healthcare opportunities provided are extremely important as well. But ultimately, my ability to earn part of the company is incredibly valuable as I continue my career at Sunnova. It is rewarding.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honestly, with having been with Sunnova and seen the iterations of the leadership team, the current team is communicative and direct. They provide support and leadership in numerous areas and explain the impacts to all departments in order to further our mission and ensure forward movement as a team
