Sunnova has some great attributes and very challenging ones. We have the strong products, we are ambitous, and generally work well as a team within my division. The cross division collaboration is often disappointing, and the company does not remotely have a customer first attitude

Working with our Dealers to grow their business and ours along with it

Strategy. Not tasking people with more then they can reasonably do and rubbing salt in the wound making them feel bad for not achieving it.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The bonus plan at 100% is very high risk and looks unlikely already, risk of a 0% pay out. too early in the year to feel this way
