Have my salary reinstated to where it was when I was hired.

They work just as hard if not harder than everyone else. Additionally, they have a clear focus of what they want to achieve.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I received a significant cut to my base pay approximately one year ago taking me to well below market for the position I have. In our most recent cycle there were no changes to base pay, not even the standard 2% increase for cost of living.

I received a material pay cut earlier this year. I understand it is a difficult labor market but based on my position, volume of work, level of responsibility, etc. I feel I am now well underpaid for my position. Would like to see a portion of my pay reinstated.
