I have been here for about 5 weeks, so its a brief summary at best, but I have enjoyed working here and learning so much about solar.
What makes you most happy at work?
I really enjoy getting to meet other people in the company and understanding how they help keep the company in business.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I like the accidental death policy and life insurance options being provided, sometimes it's easy to forget about signing up for such things until it's too late.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like the best about the leadership in my team is their ability to be able to communicate constructive feed back. I also like that they encourage asking questions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
One of my team mates is very pro-active in making sure I understand my task at hand, while others are very good at relaying over information that has allowed me to adapt the job requirements.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company does seem to value and like to promote events for the employees like free food, and goodie bags. I was hired during the pandemic so it's hard to gauge what is normal and if anything would be different under normal circumstances.
