What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I believe the culture and environment needs improvement. There are opportunities for some positive changes but that must start and be displayed start with leadership.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I would like to see them take a real effort at developing a more inclusive and diverse culture. The entire executive team looks just alike and that doesn't provide a lot of "hope" to someone who does not look like them, that there will ever be an opportunity to be apart of the leadership team.
