I'm a newer employee, but so far I've been very impressed with the way this company operates. It's a job, your managers and such will keep an eye on you, but if you keep your head down and do your work it's arguably the best company I've worked for.

I pay a very reasonable rate for almost every type of coverage under the sun

We are helping to provide clean energy to people as well as help them gain autonomy from the grid
What are some of the best things about your team?
We can joke around and have a good time while also being productive and getting our work done in a timely manner
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's a safety culture, they want you to "go home to your family." The environment can be a little bit much for a younger tech, but for an older person it's not that crazy.
