I started at Sunnova roughly about 2 years ago, it has been a learning experience especially coming in at a really young age. I learned a lot of information and have been able to meet amazing people while working here.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They provide us with the tools in order for us to be successful.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It would be beneficial to receive yearly raises for those who work hard for it.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It's amazing how everyone comes from different backgrounds, we are a very diverse company which is something I really love about Sunnova.
What makes you most happy at work?
I enjoy being able to assist my fellow peers whenever they need assistance. I also enjoy being able to accomplish another goal with my team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is amazing we help each other out, no question is a wrong question. We depend on each other to exceed our expected goals. I know that I can rely on my team for assistance when needed.
