JSS and Mark Delaney have done a great job of growing into their roles. They are transparent and firm but fair.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am in a challenging role but feel that I am among the best at it. I enjoy training others and growing the team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
401k package, I would like a greater option as well as access to ESG Indexes since we are a clean energy company. I never thought I would be able to have a nest egg to retire but I am now able to build for a better future.
