What makes you most happy at work?
Meeting the qa complete deadline.

As a developer, I enjoy being able to work with new technologies.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Great salary, yearly bonuses and an opportunity to advance in title and salary.

When its Friday of dev week and my JIRA's are marked 'Code Complete'.

If we personally work hard, and the company meets our collective goals, annual bonuses are paid out as well as pay raises.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are always willing to help. Coworkers are spread out over the US, therefore, lots of opportunity for someone to be online if you need help.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Company leadership has carefully planned where the company needs to go in the foreseeable future. This plan is communicated throughout the company. Reasonable plans are then made to accomplish the goals. Resources are allocated. Goals are accomplished. No drama.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that we have quarterly town hall meetings where our leadership speaks to us in person. If a person was to have additional questions for them, one could always pose the question when you see them around the office. Leadership seems to appreciate our questions.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I just realized this a few days ago while working with another group outside of Sunnova, at Sunnova, I don't have to deal with difficult people. All of my coworkers are reasonable when it comes to getting our work completed. Work responsibilities are clearly defined so people are easy to work with.
