Briefly describe your overall experience at your company
I have a lot of work but able to share the load so that I do not become too overwhelmed. I love coming up with new ideas for better processes. I feel for the most part to be an integral part of Sunnova.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Interest Leadership takes in it's employees.
What makes you most happy at work?
Productivity, and showing genuine interest in one another!
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The Leader leads by example and the open communication. Listens to what is being communicated.

Leadership excels and communication is also very good especially during the last years. There were some challenges, but everything for the most part worked out.
What makes you most happy at work?
Listening to Homeowners smile over the phone line. You can actually hear when you have made a great experience or at least improve an experience by listening and addressing all concerns.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone has potential and most work well together! I enjoy encouraging and being a team player to help all to succeed and reach their goals to embrace Sunnova to be the best and grow.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The lines of communication are always open for suggestions to enhance the company. I also feel that my voice is important and have seen suggestions put in place so that we may operate laser focus enhancing the experience of our homeowners and our teamwork spirit within our company!
What are some of the best things about your team?
We are teamplayers and respectful to each other. For the most part we all want to help each other. It starts with us wanting to do the right thing. I take ownership it starts with me, being there for everyone, but there also comes a time to express accountability.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I wish there were more choices with the Medical Benefits as oppose to just one choice, or at least two. I work very hard with Integrity. It's always nice to be recognized for going out of the way, going above and beyond to help our Homeowners! I want the Homeowner to know their voice matters.
