Positive. There have been instances where I didn't feel like I was being set up for success either by lacking resources/capacity or via an inflexible process.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Base salary is under market but supplemented with variable comp which is not covered by life insurance benefit, only salary. That means should something happen, it is not very much coverage. There also is no acknowledgement of record high inflation in the way of raises or other benefits.
