What makes you most happy at work?
I look forward learning new things everyday. Each day is unique, we have some interesting homeowners who thinks solar should be free because sunlight is free. I enjoy talking to different types of people especially going over the solar concept, having clean renewable energy to homebuyers.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Some need a much better understanding of what we do, learn the basics of solar, the program, and our processes. Some need to learn active listening in order to provide impeccable customer service. Need to log concise notes in Salesforce. Be willing to communicate and welcome constructive criticism.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Diversity and inclusivity. With stressful moments, we encourage having each other's back with humor and grace. From time to time we cross some difficult situation but we love our job and we manage to fill each other's cup. We believe in "team effort" to be successful each day.
