Being able to work along side my team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team communicates very well, we help each other out when needed. Even with disagreements we try to come to an understanding.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like for raises to be something that is given when hard work is done not only when there is a promotion.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The communication between the team is exceptional, I always feel comfortable to speak with my supervisor and know that my concerns will be heard.
