When I first started, the training was a challenge. I suggested to my supervisor to have a binder with instructions/steps for new teammates. I was a trainer for 12 year's and I know how valuable steps and instructions are. I'm glad they began working on that last month.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Convert productive employee's into full-time.
For those roles where we use contract staff in a “temp-to-perm” arrangement, training, performance and time in role are considered when making decisions about conversion into full-time hires. Sometimes it’s a matter of performance and patience!
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Open a new department that deals directly with the dealers.

We help each other when we are trying to meet numbers.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
A few weeks ago we had a May 4th be with you contest. It was fun. We should have a similar contest year-round. Such as a Summer Contest, for the fall favorite Marvel character costume, etc.
