Managers are smart and they work together to complete some projects. They are easy going people.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Worked for different positions and did more than job descriptions but the pay is the same.
Our compensation structure is set up with regards to both internal equity and the local labor market. Often jobs are evaluated in similar pay ranges.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leardership team offer some options during COVID-19 to help employees to work during this hard time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
They understand that every one may meet some unexpected life so they give us some flexibility about working hours and working environment.
