What is the best part about your compensation package?
Given the benefits are for employees ALL OVER the united states, India and New Zealand, AND various stages of life, they are very good
The best part is that it is a thoughtful comprehensive plan
I am able to leverage Unlimited PTO with manager approval
it's flexible, accommodates the mass group not just a subset. I can tell they put a lot of work into the offerings

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Clearer definition of the merit increase. I was just told what the percentage and that was it.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The fact that we all do what is in the best interest of our customers
Their abilities. Their openness. Their humor.
The desire to do what is best for our customers
Their constant support and vast knowledge
Inclusion. The team is a family, there is no bus driving, at all

We are 100% remote and connected
Transparency and drive for continuous improvement
The culture is all inclusive and accountable
work/family life balance is important and that shows

What makes you most happy at work?
The work. The interactions with my team and with the customers, both become family. You have to be careful not to end calls with 'bye love you "
My coworkers are the best and by coworkers I mean my pets AND the ability to wear comfy clothes
