I like how symplr is both progressive and visionary and focused on becoming a premier healthcare services company. I would like to see a diversification when it comes to our customer base and include non-hospitals/healthcare systems and consider pharmacies, optometry clinics, nutrition clinics, etc.

I've enjoyed the many opportunities to build relationships and opportunities to offer insights into our niche Professional Services department. Unfortunately, our capacity to deliver the same quality of work within the same time frame has drastically diminished due to resignations and RIFs.

I'm less than 60 days old but can tell you that the availability and quality of communication from BJ and the executive team have been light years ahead of the two Fortune 500 companies I worked with in the past.
