FOR THE AMOUNT OF HOURS WORKED DIRECTLY WITH CUSTOMERS WE SHOULD BE PAID MORE VERSUS HIRING MORE UPPER LEVEL MANAGEMENT

it's flexible, accommodates the mass group not just a subset. I can tell they put a lot of work into the offerings

I LOVE my Manager. Our CEO is the most transparent leader I've had in my nearly 40 year career
