    Understanding how daily business is conducted and understanding the impacts policy and procedure changes have before implementation. Acknowledging and addressing wide spread operational challenges.
  • Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
    Last was 'raise' was 2%, and that was the first and only raise after 5 years working there. Doesn't even cover COLA over the years. Cheapest company I ever worked for.
