Desire to take great care of our patients and co-workers who are more like family
I think our office is currently working on ways to increase morale and job safety but I’m unsure if I have a favorite thing at this time because at this time I almost always come in stressed, feeling as if my job is no longer safe, and we are mostly discouraged from laughing
