Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
very low salary for an organization requiring employees to live and work in NYC, especially with the current inflation and post-COVID rent hike. I would not be able to afford to work here if not for supplemental income. Compensation is my biggest barrier to seeing myself here long-term.
