What did you like most about the interview process?When i got interviewed work policy rules were given and explain to me in many difference ways and the way the store works , she cares a bunch for what she does and goes for and beyond for the new hires and we even get shown around the store the forst shift and eveyehting gets explain very well.
What are some of the best things about your team?The best part of my team is that i can walk into the store after a long day of school and they will motivate me to do my very best so i can crush the day at my highest work performance
What do you like best about the leadership team?Superviors are always one step away from you if help its needed , tgey proivide with the best advice and if theres something you dont understand , superviors will go far and beyond for you to understand , the managers , their work ethic is above amd beyond doe their employees and for the store.!
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?We could all work better at being a team and posing sales. However, it is hard to do that in a toxic workplace
What does the leadership team need to get better at?actually being leaders and displaying what they want, implementing goals and not being passive aggressive
