Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
My salaries are underpaid and it would feel better if I get paid fairly.

The Healthcare cost vs wages and cost of living is not balanced enough for the lower employees.

I am in a specialty sales role, which at their competitor is paid with a base salary +uncapped commission. While responsible for meeting high-objective quotas, I am only paid an hourly rate. Also, store leadership is seriously undercutting these hourly rates.

I make way too little money for how much I make them. National politicians want a 15 dollar minimum wage and as a kitchen designer I make barely above that. I typically make more for them in one week than I make in an entire year and I’m basically a trade professional. Compensation is a joke.
