The boss needs to listen more 2 the people because they never communicate anything with us

I really feel undevalued by the company i everyday like a useless pawn on a chess board

The leadership team needs to communicate more with the people sometimes they never discus anything with us and just do what's best for them
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
I think they need to do more tests on the person itself because i have had coworkers that are useless and that makes the work procres a lot harder
