What makes you most happy at work?
I love my job. I love being able to make people happy. I look for chances to make peoples day much better in simple and small ways.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Connecting with cast. Knowing us. Knowing that each cast member has things happening in life and sometimes we need a helping hand, or even just a shoulder to cry on. Many guests make the job difficult for no reason and I feel leadership is not connected with that and not willing to help.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Overall the coworkers are pretty ok. I feel some need to take the job more seriously and know that for many this is our livelyhood. Many act like this is just another stop and treat it very child like, but this is peoples livelyhood and vacations that they have saved and worked hard for years to get
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel as though I am just a number. I know we are big and have lots of employees, but I think the area leadership should have more of a connection with cast. I believe a higher pay rate would help and treating cast members like adults with adult standards Instead of treating cast like children.
