Communication. Empathy. Instead of closing to repair so it looks great fornhebguest, they allow it to continue even though an element is missing or broken.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Paid a better wage. I should not have to work 50-60 hours to be able to afford bills and to live. There is usually not that much overtime available anyway.
