My position is not paid what it truely deserves to be paid and is no where close to what it is paid across the rest of the country
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The focus of taking care of those that make the magic for the guests is gone. Leadership doesn’t care about the cast members which in turn makes the cast members not care about the guests which leads to a less than magical guest experience.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
I’ve never seen the leadership team anywhere near the front line cast members that make the magic for the guests. It seems that all they care about is buying more companies and spending more money when the front line cast members can’t afford rent.
