Better training, pay people enough so the good ones stick around. Do some kind of testing to make sure people will be able to do the job!

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Pay people. Stop hiring just anyone. Have a board that includes cast members and maybe even guests, to know what is going on and know what we think about changes to the company. Stop keeping us understaffed.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

stop cutting staff to the bare minimum. They are also having salaried managers perform roles of non-salaried cast because of the staff cuts which is against union contracts. Service level is low because of not enough staff. Guests complain.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

yes or no about excited is too strong an answer. Most times, sometimes would be good additions. If I was paid more and didn't always have to put up with the ways they try to cheap out on so much, it would be better. They can afford to do this.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

The pay is awful and they slowly have taken away things like a Christmas bonus and party. Some discounts use to be very good (such as the dining plan) but are no longer. Obviously, a pay raise. Tired of them saying that the company doesn't have the money to pay us when they are buying up everything.
