Need to hire smarter and more component staff.

The people. The culture is the wild west. The company is disorganized, full of bullies, and terrible leadership.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
The coworkers are not the smartest or hard working people. People have been their too long and are their for their Pension. No one follows rules (e.g. come to work on time, work a full day, take more than allocated time off).
