What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Communication, communication, communication. Lots of things are not communicated between us or anything new. It should always be communicated to the staff and cast that work there as we deal with it everyday
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I’m a positive person in general but overall the positivity in the work place needs to improve. If we were treated better overall we would be in better moods. Universal treats their employees way better and care.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They are office smart but not people smart. Don’t show much empathy when we are sick. Don’t take the time to step back and see the whole picture. My leadership team at another park I work is amazing and always there. But other parks are not whatsoever.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I get paid 10-12 bucks an hour and expectations/ job requirements from the company exceed what we should be getting paid. Sometimes we are required to work Mandatory 6 or 7 days only to get 43 hours. we are compensated for it but make such a low wage to deal with it. Company buys tons but can’tpayus
