Working as a team with my cast mates and making guests happy.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
There's too many of them. Lots of talk and no action. It's like nobody wants to step on the others toes so it takes forever for issues to be addressed or they never are.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The Company is slowly stripping our benefits from us. They expect to be first priority making it nearly impossible to pick up a much needed 2nd job. It would be nice to be paid for the important role we all play at the parks that help them bring in all that money.
